Elevator & Escalator Maintenance & Repair Services (Group 2)

The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal according to the specifications set forth within this document.

The County intends to use the results of this process to award a contract or issue a purchase order for the product(s) and/or service(s) stated Elevator & Escalator Maintenance & Repair Services (Group 2) .

The Dane County Purchasing Division is the sole point of contact for questions and issues that may arise during the RFP process.

Mandatory Site Visit - Inspection of Premises

1. The site visit/vendor conference will be held for vendors to view the conveyances at the City County Building, Public Safety Building, Courthouse and Airport (in that order) and to provide any additional needed instruction to vendors on the submission of proposals. If a vendor fails to attend the conference and submits a proposal, the proposal will be rejected.
   1. NOTE: Site Visits for all other locations on this bid (other than the City County Building, Public Safety Building, Courthouse and Airport) are optional but encouraged. Site visits for these other locations can be set up by contacting the staff member noted on Attachment A - Conveyance List & Site Contacts at any time during the RFP process - please plan ahead accordingly.
