Elevator Design Phase Services, Gott's & Knighton Parking Garages and 25 Shaw Street Facility, City of Annapolis, Maryland

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for Elevator Design Phase Services, for the Gott's & Knighton Parking Garages and 25 Shaw Street Facility, until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, January 24, 2025.  Proposals shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 ^st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401,

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing design phase and construction administration services for the proposed replacement and upgrade of the current hydraulic elevator systems located at the City of Annapolis owned Gott’s Court Garage and Knighton Garage parking structures and the facility located at 25 Shaw Street. Also with this effort the current oil – water interceptor located at the Knighton Parking Garage facility will be evaluated, removed and replaced based on a new proposed design.

Interested parties are invited to attend a virtual Proposal meeting on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time via Google Meet. .

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
