Description
The Town of Bloomfield (The Town) invites you to submit a proposal based on the requirements of the enclosed RFP for our “Elevate Bloomfield” – Small Business Investment Program. This initiative will provide comprehensive support to local entrepreneurs, new business start-ups, and existing small businesses, particularly underserved and marginalized members of the community. The Selected Consultant will be responsible for creating a strategic framework that aligns with Bloomfield’s economic development goals, fosters entrepreneurship, promotes business retention and expansion, and strengthens commercial corridors through financial assistance for storefront revitalization.
