Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Governor's Office of Economic Development - Utah Office of Tourism
Professional Services Requested: co-develop the curriculum and practical toolkits for ELEV8 Utah.
The purpose of this RFSQ is to obtain statements of qualifications from companies. The intent is to award a contract under Administrative Rule R33-105 for the Small Purchases of Professional Service Providers and Consultants. The small purchase threshold for this project is $100,000.00. Do NOT include pricing when you submit your qualifications.
