The Town of Wayland invites sealed bids for the provision of Electronic Voting Services for Wayland's Town Meetings. Sealed Bids will be received at the Town Offices, Town Manager's Office at 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, MA 01778 until Wednesday, January 21, 2026; 11:00AM ET. All bid documents will be available starting Friday, December 12, 2025 by downloading them at
www.wayland.ma.us/bids
. Additional information can be found in the complete RFP. The Town of Wayland reserve the right to waive minor informalities and accept and/or reject any and all bids.
