REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The City of Lawrence invites proposals from qualified vendors interested in providing electronic payment services for the City of Lawrence in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Request for Proposals (RFP).

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT SERVICES

Proposals from vendors are due at the Office of the City Clerk 200 Common Street, Room #107, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29 , 2026.

All proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposals will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B.  Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute.

The City will select the responsive and responsible proposer submitting the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration the proposer’s staff capacity, references and plan for providing the services as well as the proposal price.

The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
