Electronic Payment Services for Patient Billing

Project Description: The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide secure, reliable, and scalable Electronic Payment Solution. The solution must support payment processing across multiple channels including web, mobile, automated voice response (IVR), and in-person transactions. It must seamlessly integrate with Epic MyChart, support automated payment posting, and enable daily reconciliation. No Guarantee of Volume. UTHSA does not solicit or guarantee any specific amount of compensation, volume, minimum, or maximum amount of Services under this RFP or any contract or agreement resulting from this RFP.
