The County of Sacramento (the "County") requests proposals from qualified institutions with the intent to enter into a Contract for an Electronic Payables Solution. The County desires to enter into an automated payable solution contract of mutual party benefit and reserves the right to contact and negotiate with all applicants regarding their applications prior to award, to clarify, verify, or request information regarding any application. The County will award the contract to the applicant(s) whose application provides the most advantageous terms for the City, based on compliance with the RFP requirements and the County's needs. The County may request presentations and/or demonstrations from any one or all applicants, in person or virtually, and reserves the right to waive any formality or irregularity (with the exception of the due date and time) and to make awards to more than one applicant, or to reject any or all applications.
This RFP is part of a cooperative purchasing agreement through the Lead Procurement Agency (LPA), County of Sacramento, a collaboration that allows the County and other Governmental, Educational, and Non-Profit entities to benefit from collective purchasing power. As a result, any selected bid may be utilized by additional participating entities, providing expanded visibility and potential for additional opportunities.
