Electronic Health Records (EHR) Systems

The County of Yolo invites qualified organizations to respond to a Request for Information (RFI) to provide useful information about Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems readily available on the market today.

For purposes of this RFI, an EHR system in a behavioral health managed care plan serves as the backbone for delivering integrated, efficient, and measurable services encompassing clinical and administrative processes and data. It supports coordinated clinical services such as assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and medications; while managing client health insurance information required to produce claims to Medicare, Medi-Cal, and other insurers to support managed care functions. It also supports compliance and reporting to improve health outcomes.

This RFI is being sought strictly for the purpose of gaining knowledge about current EHR systems available and shall not be construed as an intent, commitment, or promise to acquire services, supplies, or solutions offered. No contract will directly result from any response to this RFI.

The County of Yolo will not pay for any information provided, nor is it liable for any cost incurred by any vendor in submitting a response.
