Grand Valley State University (GVSU) is accepting competitive proposals for Electronic Health Record (EHR) and billing services, including third-party billing and insurance contract management for a three year contract. We are seeking an experienced supplier who can provide a comprehensive EHR system and support our healthcare operations, including revenue cycle management and efficient insurance claim processing for its Campus Health Center in Allendale, Michigan. See below attached for the full Request for Proposal document.

Proposals must be submitted via the Workday Strategic Sourcing platform no later than 5:00 pm EDT Tuesday March 25, 2025. Your proposal must be received by that date and time. No telephone, fax, drop-off, or verbal quotations will be accepted. GVSU is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible proposals.
