Electrodialysis Reversal System Equipment, Products and Related Chemicals

Sarasota County intends to award a sole source procurement to Veolia WTS Solutions USA, INC. for the provision of Electrodialysis Reversal System Equipment, Products and Related Chemicals.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

The County is not interested in responses from respondents not authorized by Veolia WTS Solutions USA, Inc., to sell these products/services to the County.

Per correspondence from Veolia WTS Solutions USA, INC. dated September 8 ^th , 2025, Veolia WTS Solutions USA, INC. is the Sole Source supplier for the Electrodialysis Reversal (EDR) water Treatment equipment and the Hypersperse MDC706 technology.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the Electrodialysis Reversal (EDR) water Treatment equipment and the Hypersperse MDC706 technology described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
