Bids will be received via an Online Platform on August 5, 2025 , commencing at 11:00 a.m. and ending at 12:00 p.m. noon prevailing time.  Documents regarding this solicitation can be secured from Concord Energy Services at the following link: https://www.concordenergyexchange.com . To be eligible to participate in the online bidding, bidders must submit the required bid qualification documents as set forth in the specifications. Qualification documents are to be received by the County no later than 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on July 22, 2025 .  Bid Qualification documents must be received either in person at the hour designated in this advertisement or previous thereto by Delivery, Mail, Federal Express or United Parcel Service to the County of Hunterdon, Purchasing Division, Second Floor, 71 Main Street, Administration Bldg. #1, P.O. Box 2900, Flemington, New Jersey 08822 2900, and clearly marked on the outside                   “BID QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS” 2025-08, ELECTRICITY GENERATION SUPPLY SERVICE. The County of Hunterdon is not responsible for any bid qualification documents that are either mailed or overnight delivered and do not arrive before the prevailing bid time. Bid Qualification documents will be on the Proposal Forms provided in the manner designated therein.
