Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Electrical Work for TVM Project.
Please review this opportunity and all attached documents. The award will be based on the lowest responsive bid that meets all the requirements listed in the Scope of Work (SOW). All required documents must be included with your bid to be considered responsive.
Vendors must attend the Pre-Bid Site Visit and meet all the requirements listed in the Scope of Work (SOW) prior to their bid submission in order to be considered responsive.
PRE-BID SITE MEETING DATE, TIME, AND LOCATIONS:
The pre-bid site meeting will be held at the location of the project sites (listed below). Please allow approximately 30 minutes to one hour for the site visit.

Bid Responsiveness Requirement:
To be considered responsive, vendors must attend the Pre-Bid Site Visit and ensure all required solicitation documents are fully completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided herein. Failure to properly complete, sign, and submit all required forms and attachments may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive and disqualified from further consideration.
Bidders shall ensure that:
* All forms are accurately and fully completed.
* All required signatures, dates, and acknowledgments are provided.
* All requested supporting documentation is included as specified.
* Attendance at the pre-bid site meeting is confirmed.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any bid that does not comply with these requirements.
