The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed bids for Electrical Stock for Aberdeen Substation for the City's Electric Department , in accordance with the specifications contained herein.

Any contact by Supplier in regards to this bid with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier’s bid.
