Electrical Service, Wattstopper Install-Maint RQ25*254149

The Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services (ADRS) is seeking electrical services for the removal and installation of 10 Wattstopper Units located at the 560, 602 and 602 Annex S. Lawrence Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104 locations.  ADRS will supply equipment.

Price submitted to include the following:  All labor, materials, supplies, parts, equipment, etc. necessary to remove and install units, 1 year warranty on labor and disposal of old units.

Supplier must be a licensed electrician with a general contractor's license.
Supplier must have liability insurance, minimum of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence,
$1,000,000.00 aggregate (include insurance certificate or letter of intent).
Suppliers with five or more employees must provide proof of Workman's Compensation
Insurance.  All requirements should be attached with bid.

NOTE:
Suppliers responding to this solicitation must be no farther than 25 miles from location.
No subcontracting is allowed.

Suppliers will be required to visit the site and sign the sign in sheet.
The site visit is scheduled for Monday, March 17, 2025 at 1:00 pm

Work will need to be coordinated with Mark Aspden prior to start.
