Electrical Parts and Equipment for the County of Mercer and Cooperative Contract Purchasing System

The County of Mercer requests sealed bids for electrical parts and equipment for the County of Mercer and Cooperative Contract Purchasing System. The County will award one or multiple contracts to the bidders who provide the lowest percentage discount for each category for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend one (1) year. Please submit all questions in writing to ohibbert@mercercounty.org or on the BidNet portal no later than January 6, 2025.

Specifications ,addendum's and bid forms may be obtained through BidNet Direct. Bids shall be electronically uploaded. NO physical bids shall be received, opened or honored per notice to bidders.  Please contact BidNet for  assistance with electronic bid submission 1800-835-4603 Option 2.
