Sealed bids will be received at the Henderson County Public Schools Board of Education, located at the
Henderson County Public Schools Administration Building, 414 Fourth Avenue West, Hendersonville, NC 28739,
until but not later than 2 o'clock PM (EST) on June 3, 2026 and immediately thereafter publicly opened, and
read. Proposals and/or addenda submitted via E-Mail or facsimile (FAX) machine in response to this Invitation
for Bid will not be acceptable. Bids will not be accepted for any reason after the official date and time
referenced above. See IFB for details.
Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held May 20, 2026 at 11:00 o'clock AM (EST) at West Henderson High
School, located at 3600 Haywood Road, Hendersonville, NC 28791. Check in at Front Office of school before
entering premises.
Purpose: Electrical panel replacement at West Henderson High School and East Henderson High School. This
project consists of electrical panels and transformers being replaced in existing locations.
