The City of Granbury seeks a qualified electrical contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to construct the Granbury Patio Homes Subdivision Underground Electrical Distribution System. The project serves a proposed residential subdivision consisting of 63 parcels located along East Moore Street between East Barton Street and Victoria Court.

The work includes conversion and extension of existing overhead electrical infrastructure to a new underground distribution system, complete with transformers, conduit, cabling, riser poles, sectionalizing equipment, streetlighting, and associated appurtenances.
