Project Description: This proposal is for an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services in support of electric utility capital projects. The successful firm will work with NPU, NPU’s Owner’s Engineer, and various contractors and vendors to plan, design, procure, and construct electric infrastructure projects.
