Project Description: Pursuant to RCW 39.10.385, a public hearing was held by Skanska USA Building, Inc. (Skanska) and the City of Vancouver (Owner) regarding the intent to utilize the alternative subcontractor selection process for the Public Works Operations Campus Project. The Owner and Skanska have determined that this project meets the criteria established in RCW 39.10.385 for use of the EC/CM and MC/CM process.
Skanska is requesting qualifications for the EC/CM and MC/CM services. Project is located on 8713 Northeast 94th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98662. The Request for Qualifications documents are available for access at BuildingConnected (buildingconnected.com) on October 1, 2025.
