Electric Warehouse Inventory Items

The City of College Station is soliciting bids for the purchase of electric warehouse inventory items in accordance with the following definitions, terms and conditions of bidding.

Electronic response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”) until 2:00 p.m. CT on August 21, 2025, after which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division (1101 Texas Avenue, College Station TX, 77840). Individuals interested in observing the bid opening may attend in person or virtually via Microsoft Teams Meeting . Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring bids are successfully uploaded to the Bidding Portal prior to the stated submission deadline. In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Invitation to Bid s hall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available online through the Bidding Portal. The deadline for written questions is 2:00 P .M. CT on August 13, 2025
