Scope of Services
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from a qualified vendor to pilot electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) maintenance services. The selected vendor must provide a comprehensive software platform for tracking charger faults, remote monitoring, asset management, dispatch services, training, and inventory management of all EVSE within OUC’s service territory. The selected vendor will make OUC aware of any maintenance needs to the EVSE and OUC will provide technicians to respond to maintenance calls and perform preventative maintenance. OUC will bundle and sell these services to customers within OUC’s service territory.
