DESCRIPTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES/QUALIFICATIONS ANTICIPATED FOR PROJECT:
Full Architectural services are needed for this project including interior & exterior design, MEP, fire protection,
structural, & civil engineering. Firm must be experienced with Construction Manager at Risk Delivery Method.
