ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATIONS INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

Notice is hereby given that the City of Washougal (“City”) is accepting sealed proposals from qualified consultants or contractors for the installation, operation, maintenance, and management of self-service Electric Vehicle Charging Stations for the City of Washougal.

The City of Washougal is located northeast of Portland, Oregon, across the Columbia River and approximately 150 miles south of Seattle, Washington. The city has an area of 6.3 square miles and a population of about 17,390 residents.

The City of Washougal’s Towncenter Revitalization (WTR) Project construction is set to begin early 2025. This project will include parking, lighting, dog park, playground, splash pad, and outdoor seating. The City will be adding the electric vehicle charging stations to the Washougal Towncenter in specific locations provided in Appendix A. The Towncenter Revitalization project will provide power to each location.
