Title: Electric Vehicle Charging Station Services at Groveland and Tuolumne Community Resiliency Centers

The County of Tuolumne through its General Services Agency ("County") is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide a turnkey proposal for the design, installation, operations, and maintenance of electric vehicle charging stations at two (2) Community Resiliency Centers within the County of Tuolumne. The County is only looking for proposals that provide universal electric vehicle charging capabilities.
These turnkey services must be provided for an initial three (3) year term, with the option of a two (2) one (1) year extension. Said services must meet all applicable Federal, State and/or Local regulations. The payment of prevailing wage by vendor is required on the installation portion of this project.
Prior to award of the agreement, the vendor shall possess a C-10 Contractor's License issued by the California Contractors State License board. Failure of the bidder to obtain the required license before award of the agreement constitutes a failure to execute the agreement. The vendor and any subcontractors shall be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Please see https://www.dir.ca.gov/ for more information.
In the Fall of 2022, the County finished and opened two Community Resiliency Centers (CRC). These facilities are in the communities of Groveland (18986 Ferretti Road - See Attachment F) and in Tuolumne (18241 Bay Avenue - See Attachment E). The CRCs are community buildings in which people come to learn new things; attend trainings/hear presentations; be sheltered during an emergency; or celebrate an event.
Both CRC facilities are roughly 9,800 sq. ft. and contain the following: office space, meeting room, commercial kitchen, restrooms and large conference room (See attached picture of each site). Also contained on these properties are large lit parking lots which have the following:

Each of these charging station stalls is pre-wired for use by electrical connections are set up to be on the buildings' generators if the power goes out.
