Electric Vehicle Charger Installation Project

The OTO is currently seeking Bids for an Electric Vehicle Charger Installation Project. The OTO is issuing an Invitation to Bid to install Turnkey Electric Vehicle Charging Stations which may include design of minor site modifications, purchasing, construction, installation of EV Charger hardware (and accompanying EV Charger management software), connection to existing on-site electrical system, and 5 years of operations, maintenance, and reporting. ADA requirements related to EV Chargers must be followed. This project must comply with the regulations in the 23 CFT 680.106-118

All bidders must be on MoDOT's Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. Contractor must also be on Ozarks Transportation Organization's EVSE Pe-Qualification List.

The OTO has issued two Amendments to the Invitation for Bid. The second Amendment extends the bid date until February 28, 2025 @ 5:00 pm. The full Amendment can be found on DemandStar.

Proposals are accepted until Friday, February 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. (CST) at 2208 W. Chesterfield Blvd Suite 101, Springfield, MO 65807. Sealed Bids for the EV Charger Installation Project will be opened publicly at this time.

A Virtual pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 PM on the 22nd day of November on TEAMS. All plan holders will receive an invitation with the link via email on November 15, 2024. All bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting.
