ELECTRIC SPREADERS/PLOWS

NOTICE TO BID

Garland County is accepting sealed bids until 10:00 am on Friday, October 25, 2024, for 3 of the following equipment or equivalent with installation. Salt Dogg 1400601SS Electric Spreader and Snow Dogg HD80II Plow.  These items as well as installation should be complete in the 2024 calendar year.  Distance for service will also be considered in the bid process.  Vehicles will be supplied by Garland County and tax should be included in the bid.  Bid opening will be in room 210 of the Garland County Courthouse.

Outside of envelope should be marked:

Bid forms, specifications and instructions may be obtained at the Office of Judge Darryl Mahoney located at 501 Ouachita Avenue, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bids received, to evaluate bids, and to accept any bid or bids, which, in the opinion of the County Judge, may be in the best interest of the County.
