STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

The County of Yolo is requesting proposals from a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive electric services, including bi‑monthly routine maintenance, annual routine maintenance, and troubleshooting and maintenance of solar‑powered traffic signs, as outlined in the Scope of Work of this RFP.The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a reliable service provider to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the County’s electrical systems and solar‑powered traffic sign infrastructure.

The County anticipates an annual budget of $40,000 per year for all work performed under the Scope of Work, including emergency callouts.

Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements, including the terms and conditions contained in this solicitation.
