City of Georgetown is soliciting bids for Electric Operations Streetlight Bulb and Head Replacement Services with the following definitions, term and conditions of bidding. Upon City’s acceptance of a Bid and issuance of a Purchase Order or Notice to Proceed, this Invitation to Bid shall be incorporated into the agreement between the Parties.
