The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Border Patrol, San Diego Sector, Newton-Azrak Station (NAZ) has a continuing need for tools and equipment to facilitate addressing the ongoing threat from the smuggling of contraband through the station’s Area of Responsibility (AOR). This equipment will more effectively allow NAZ to accomplish their mission.Electric mountain bikes offer a cost-effective alternative to motorized vehicles. Their quiet operation enhances the element of stealth, allowing agents to approach situations discreetly and without alerting potential suspects. The adoption of this technology will not only enhance the station’s operational capabilities but also demonstrate a commitment to modernizing tools and resources to meet the evolving demands of border security.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ).Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking quotes to support the San Diego Sector, NAZ Station requirement needs. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The Government will award a single purchase order to the responsible vendor whose quote conforms to the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work (SOW) within this RFQ and provides the lowest evaluated price.

SCOPE OF WORK

The contractor shall provide and deliver

- Two (2) Specialized Levo Alloy G4 CYPRMET/DKMOS S3 (Medium Frame: 5'5"–5'10"), peculiar to one manufacturer or equal

- Two (2) Specialized Levo Alloy G4 CYPRMET/DKMOS S4 (Large Frame: 5'10"–6'1"), peculiar to one manufacturer or equal

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

1. This acquisition will be conducted under FAR Part 12 for commercial products and commercial services.

2. Quoters must have an active Federal Government contracts registration in SAM at the time of quote submission and at the time of award.

3. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set‑Aside under NAICS 336991.
