ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION MATERIALS & APPURTENANCES (MATERIAL ONLY)
FOR PARKVIEW DEVELOPMENT
COLUMBUS, MS
Sealed bids will be received by the Columbus Redevelopment Authority in Columbus City Hall, 523
Main Street, Columbus, MS 39701, or electronically via https://www.atwellandgentprojects.com until
11:30 A.M., Local Time, on April 22, 2026 for supplying "ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION
MATERIALS & APPURTENANCES (MATERIAL ONLY) FOR PARKVIEW
DEVELOPMENT".
SUBMITTAL OF SEALED PROPOSAL: Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and
deposited with the Columbus Redevelopment Authority prior to the hour and date herein before
designated.
SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BID: Electronic bids shall be submitted through
https://www.atwellandgentprojects.com. Please contact Plan House Printing at (662) 407-0193 with
questions regarding website registration, electronic bidding, and online orders. Each electronically
submitted bid must be submitted in "pdf" format and shall contain the same information and forms as
required for the paper bids. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the
bid will be considered null and void.
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Bid documents are being made available via digital or paper copy.
Plan holders are required to register for an account at https://www.atwellandgentprojects.com to view
and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration.
Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. Questions are to be
directed to Jeffrey Atwell via jatwell@atwellandgent.com.
The Columbus Redevelopment hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any
contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged and women's business enterprises
will be afforded the full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be
discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The Columbus Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any
informalities or irregularities therein.
