Project Description: This Request for Bid (RFB) is intended to set forth requirements for a one-time purchase of electric bicycles for the Central Business District unit to accomplish its mission while ensuring officer and public safety by mitigating the risks of working with poor quality or reclaimed equipment. The Central Business District mission includes responding to protests, civil unrest, special events. This mission requires the ability to deploy officers and equipment to a wide range of locations and environments at any time, day or night.
