• The County conducts elections in both English and Spanish. All election materials must comply with applicable bilingual requirements.
• The County currently has approximately 40,000 registered voters. This figure is provided for planning purposes only and is not a guarantee of future volume.
• The number of ballot styles may vary significantly by election and is estimated to range from approximately 1 to 60 ballot types, depending on contests, districts, and voter eligibility.
• Ballot length may vary by election and is anticipated to range from 1 to 2 pages.
• Ballot dimensions may vary depending on election requirements and are anticipated to range from 8.5” x 11” to 8.5” x 20”.
• The County is a Liberty Vote customer (formerly Dominion).

ADDENDUM NO. [001] – NOTICE OF REVISED RFP SCHEDULE

TO ALL PROSPECTIVE PROPOSERS: Please be advised that the County of San Benito, California, is officially amending the procurement schedule for this RFP. To maintain a fair, open, and competitive procurement process, and to accommodate documented technical login difficulties experienced by multiple prospective vendors, the County is extending its upcoming deadlines. The Deadline for Written Questions has been extended to Friday, June 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM PDT, and the Proposal Submission Deadline has been extended to Friday, June 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM PDT. Proposers who have already submitted a proposal may utilize this extension period to retrieve, modify, and resubmit their package if desired; otherwise, all previously submitted proposals will remain sealed and secure until the new closing date. All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the original RFP remain unchanged.
