Request for Quote – Printing of the 2024 Election Judge Manual

Wicomico County is seeking quotes from qualified Vendors to contract the printing of the 2024

Election Judge Manual for the 2024 Presidential Election in conformity with the requirements

contained herein (“Quote Document(s)”).

Quote Documents for the above referenced project may be obtained from the Wicomico County

Purchasing Department by either e-mailing the Purchasing department at

purchasing@wicomicocounty.org or by calling 410-548-4805 during normal business hours, or

via the County’s Bids page on the County’s website. Vendors are responsible for checking this

website for addenda prior to submitting their quotes. Wicomico County is not responsible for the

content of any Quote Document received through any third party bid service. It is the sole

responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Bid

Documents.

The Pre-bid conference is Tuesday, December 5, 2023, 2:00 PM at Wicomico County Board of

Elections, 345 Snow Hill Rd, Salisbury, MD 21804.

The last day for questions is Tuesday, December 12, 2023, by noon.

Quotes will be received until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Quotes can be

emailed on a company letterhead or delivered to the Purchasing Department located at 125 N.

Division Street, Government Office Building, Room B-3, Salisbury, MD 21801.

Late Quote Documents will not be accepted.

Minority vendors are encouraged to compete for award of the solicitation.
