Description:

The City of Attleboro hereby invites sealed bids in accordance with MGL c.30B for the procurement of fourteen (14) ImageCast ICP2 Tabulator Upgrades to be retrofitted onto existing ballot boxes. The successful vendor will be responsible for providing all required components, labor, and associated services to ensure full compatibility and functionality. All equipment must be delivered no later than April 30, 2026 to meet the City’s operational requirements.

Envelopes containing bids must be sealed and addressed to: Carol Brown, Purchasing Assistant, Atttleboro City Hall, 77 Park Street, Attleboro, MA 02703. The outside envelope must contain the name and address of the bidder, date and hour of the opening and the name of the item “ICP TABULATOR BID” being bid upon.
