Elbow Potable Water Supply - WTP Reservoir Expansion - Engineering Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskWater to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Engineering Design & Construction Support Services for the Elbow Potable Water Supply System (ELPOWSS) – Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Water Reservoir Expansion, as further described in the RFP Particulars.

SaskWater requires professional engineering services to provide engineering design and construction support services for ELPOWSS Water Reservoir Expansion project. Key scope of work will include, but not limited to, surveying, geotechnical investigation, preliminary and detailed design, permitting and approvals, procurement of general contractor, engineering support services during construction, contract administration, and post construction services.
