EGSC 0090-2512 Gambrell Interior Lighting Upgrade

Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Gambrell Building Interior Lighting Upgrade to East Georgia State College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ. This project is for upgrading the existing interior lighting in the Luck Flanders Gambrell Building as described in the bid specifications attached. This will be a single supplier award. This eRFQ process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from supplier for potential award. All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined. The State Entity will receive sealed bids from Contractors in Room #112, Plant Operations Building, 131 College Circle, Bids must be physically on the table in the Bid Room by 3:00PM, at the time legally prevailing in Swainsboro, Georgia on January 14th, 2025, for the construction of Project# 0090-2512, Gambrell Interior Lighting Upgrade, East Georgia State College, Swainsboro, Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced. There will be a pre-bid conference held on December 5th, 2024, at 3:00PM at the Plant Operations Building, 131 College Circle, Swainsboro, GA 30401. Attendance at this conference is MANDATORY for any Contractor intending to bid on this project. Others may attend if they so desire.
