EGSC Acad Bldg "C" LED Lighting Replacement

Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposal (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Academic Bldg "C" LED Lighting Upgrade at East Georgia State College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. This project is for upgrading the existing interior lighting in Academic Building "C" as described in the bid specifications attached. This will be a single supplier award. This eRFP process will be conducted to gather and evaluate responses from supplier for potential award. All qualified suppliers are invited to participate by submitting responses, as further defined. The State Entity will receive sealed bids from Contractors in Room #112, Plant Operations Building, 131 College Circle, Bids must be physically on the table in the Bid Room by 2:30PM, at the time legally prevailing in Swainsboro, Georgia on April 30, 2025, for the construction of Project# 0030-2526, Academic Bldg "C" LED Lighting Upgrade, East Georgia State College, Swainsboro, Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the bids will be publicly opened and announced. There will be a pre-bid conference held on April 16, 2025 at 2:30PM at the Plant Operations Building, 131 College Circle, Swainsboro, GA 30401. Attendance at this conference is MANDATORY for any Contractor intending to bid on this project. Others may attend if they so desire.
