EFIS, Gutter and Downspout Repairs/Walton Co. Gov't Building

The Walton County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals for the repair and/or upgrading of the Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS), gutters, and downspouts at the Walton County Government Building.
Proposals will be accepted at the Historic Walton Co. Courthouse, 111 S. Broad Street, Monroe, Georgia 30655 until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Proposals should be marked Proposal #2025-11 Walton County ¿ Government Building - EFIS, Gutter and Downspout Repairs. Proposals submitted after the time due will not be accepted. Anyone wishing to submit a proposal must attend the mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference starting promptly at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2025, located on-site at 303 South Hammond Drive, Monroe, GA 30655.

A bid bond or certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal amount is to be enclosed with the proposal at the time of submittal. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman¿s Compensation Insurance will be required with the Walton County Board of Commissioners named as additional insured. Proposers must submit with the proposal a Contractor Affidavit verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program known as E-Verify. This form must be notarized.
