Dear Vendor:

The Effingham County School Nutrition Program extends an invitation to bid on the purchase and distribution of food products for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This will be for an annual contract with a one-time prospective price redetermination. The items listed in the bid specifications will be awarded based on line item cost with possible multiple vendors winning portions of the overall bid. All prices should include built-in delivery fees.

You may mail or hand-deliver your bid to: Effingham County School Nutrition Department, Attention: Jessica O'Leary, 405 North Ash St., Springfield, GA 31329. Please note that the bid must be clearly marked "IFB# 50126 FOOD". All bids must be received by Monday June 1, 2026 by 4:00 P..M. All sealed bids will be publicly opened in the Effingham County Board of Education School Nutrition Department Office on Tuesday June 2, 2026 at 8:00 A.M.
