Northwest MS Community College is seeking unpriced technical proposals for:
Educational Robotic Welding System
Bid #26-005-13
The deadline for receipt of unpriced technical proposals is May5, 2026, by 10:00 AM CT. Interested bidders
can download bid documents online at www.northwestmsbids.com. Unpriced responses shall also be
submitted electronically at www.northwestmsbids.com.
This project is funded in whole with a $1 million federal grant provided through the Appalachian Regional
Commission under Grant No. MS-22355-25. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with
applicable federal laws, regulations, and executive orders, including but not limited to 2 CFR Part 200
(Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards).
This bid will be handled through a reverse auction. Vendors shall submit unpriced responses per the bid
documents. Responses will be evaluated for potential acceptability based on pre-determined criteria.
Bidders whose technical proposals are determined acceptable will be invited to provide priced bids for
consideration through the online reverse auction, which will take place on May 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT.
Complete instructions regarding the unpriced response and reverse auction are provided in the
specifications package. Prices will only be accepted through the online reverse auction per the bid
documents.
Specifications and detailed instructions regarding the bid process may be obtained by visiting the website
www.northwestmsbids.com. Specification response forms, along with all other required information
detailed in the bid instructions, should be submitted no later than May 5, 2026, by 10:00 AM CT.
Unpriced Specification Response submissions will be evaluated, and vendors meeting the required
specifications will be invited to participate in the Electronic Reverse Auction process on May 7, 2026,
at 10:00 AM CT.
Vendors approved to participate in the reverse auction process will be given detailed instructions
regarding the reverse auction once the responses are reviewed. Northwest MS Community College
reserves the right to extend the auction date if necessary to complete the pre-qualification process.

actions brought by any party against NWCC as a result of the Bidder’s failure to comply with the
