EDMONTON - LAW COURTS BUILDING - Security Systems Repair and Maintenance Services

SERVICES OF THIS CONTRACT
.1 Provide hourly rate fully qualified and certified Lenel service technicians with Expert Level Status & VAR regional authorization. (MANDATORY)
.2 Provide hourly rate fully qualified and certified Genetec service technicians/analysts with mission control certification & VAR unified elite status. (MANDATORY)
.3 Provide One Certified Service Technician on the First Monday of Every Month 8am-4pm Beginning
on December 2, 2024 to provide monthly maintenance as per Section 01 00 15
Article 3.1 Monthly Maintenance. Certified as per Section 01 00 15 Article 1.1 and 1.2
Services of this Contract.
.4 Provide Annual Genetec and Lenel Licenses by expiry dates.
Law Courts Building
.1 Law Courts site (S0235)
.2 Provincial Law Courts Building (B0235B), 1a Sir Winston Churchill Square
.3 Kings Bench Law Courts Building (B0235A) 1A Sir Winston Churchill Square
.4 Court of Appeal – Queens Bench Building (B0235A)
.5 Law Courts Parkade 1 (P0235A) and 2 (P0235B)

1.3 The following tasks are included in the Services of this Contract:
.1 Troubleshooting all problems related to security system network.
.2 Installation of various hardware, associated cabling, software, and programming
.3 Establish and maintain a preventative maintenance program as specified
by manufacturer’s recommendations as approved by Minister’s Representative
.4 Recommend need for minor and major maintenance projects.
.5 Providing required software updates, licenses and applicable manufacturer warranties as approved by the Minister’s Representative
.6 Track and maintain inventory of all security devices including exact locations.
.7 Obtaining required security permits for work as required.
.8 Identify all safety issues related to the current Electrical Code
.9 Other project and operational requirements as directed by Alberta Infrastructure
.10 Provide 24/7 phone and technical support, including thirty (30) minute response, and two (2) hour onsite support
1.2 The following security system devices are included in the Services of this Contract:
.1 Access Control Door Hardware (Lenel Certified)
.2 Video Surveillance Hardware and Software (Genetec Security Centre)
