Project Description: The Maryland Military Department (MMD), through the Maryland Environmental Service (MES), is issuing this solicitation to upgrade the Edgewood Wash Rack Facility at 8462 Otto Rd, Edgewood, MD. This facility was originally designed for cleaning Military Owned Vehicles (MOVs) but has been offline due to equipment failure and operational deficiencies.
