Edgenuity Renewal - Imagine Learning

The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Corrections (DOC), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with Imagine Learning, LLC for continued, uninterrupted use of Edgenuity, an Imagine Learning products, cloud hosting services, and technical support.

Imagine Learning, LLC provides online proprietary Prek-12 educational products, On-Demand Tutoring, lntelliSync Speech Language Pathology Services, and professional development tools that allows for the integration of its software with DOC APDS tablets. Imagine Learning. LLC retain exclusive ownership, copy rights, trademark of their proprietary products and services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source purchase.
