REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Town of Edgartown requests Statements of Qualifications for Filed Subcontractors only for the prequalification of the Edgartown Fire Station Project in Edgartown, MA. This project is Ch. 149A CM-at-Risk project. Edgartown Fire Station new construction project, located at 68 Peases Point Way S, Edgartown, MA 02539. The Fire Station is approx. 17,800sq/ft and includes construction of new equipment building followed by demolition of sections of the existing station and construction of new station. The estimated total cost of construction is $17,590,910. The estimated construction duration is 16 months.
RFQ is available on Wednesday, June 04, 2025, at 02:00 PM through BidDocs ONLINE. Go to biddocs.com and click on the "Bid Listings" tab at the top right and then click on the "Solicitations" button at the top and search and/or click on the RFQ name. Statement of qualifications will be submitted electronically only.
Qualifications must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. The project has an estimated construction cost of $17,590,910. Respondents must be DCAMM certified and meet all requirements noted in the RFQ.
Qualifications must be combined into one submission file in PDF format and uploaded to biddocs.com for review by the specified deadline.
Submissions received after the time and date established herein this notice shall not be accepted or considered, regardless of the cause for delay in the receipt of the submission. Submissions shall not be emailed, mailed, or faxed.
