Eddy County Courthouse Exterior Renovation

The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals in order to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the purchase of Construction Services based on the scope of work described below. All potential Offerors are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this RFP.

The Contractor is to complete the construction/renovation of the exterior of the existing four-story courthouse building located at 102 N Canal Street, Carlsbad, NM 88220. The building is currently occupied on an existing site and will include selective demolition, dismantling, removal, and restoration of exterior finish systems, exterior wood, roof components, windows, and doors.
