Economic Modeling Software Solution for JPC

Project Description: Ocean County College (OCC), serving as the lead agency on behalf of the New Jersey Council of County Colleges (NJCCC) Joint Purchasing Consortium (JPC), invites proposals for the provision of an Economic Modeling Software Solution for the New Jersey community college system. This procurement will establish a two-year contract enabling participation by any of the state’s eighteen (18) independent community colleges, each of which holds legislative authority to procure through consortium contracting. The solution should provide robust data and analytical tools while also enabling the generation of a comprehensive Economic Impact Study for the consortium.
