Economic Development Master Plan

The City of College Station is soliciting Proposal(s) (RFP’s) from firms who are interested and qualified to provide City of College Station “Economic Development” with a Strategic Plan for a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years with specific action items. The plan will provide a comprehensive roadmap for sustainable economic growth and development and be tailored to the unique needs and opportunities of College Station, considering its current economic landscape, key attributes, and future growth potential. Project estimate is $150,000.

Electronic response packages, in the format prescribed herein, shall be uploaded to Brazos Valley e-Marketplace (“Bidding Portal”) until 2:00 P.M.C.T. on February 20, 2025 after which time the names of responding firms will be read aloud at City Hall – Purchasing Division. Subsequently, a list of responding firms will be posted to the Bidding Portal. Proposals received after the specified submission deadline will not be accepted.

In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal. The deadline for written questions is 2:00 P.M.C.T on February 13, 2025.
