Eclipse EP25 Audiometer, EP Mobile Pro Cart, and peripheral accessories

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility located at U.S. Highway 191 Hospital Road, Chinle, AZ 86503 intends to negotiate a single source award with E3 Diagnostics Inc. (UEI: C71LRUM2J2Y8) for brand name Interacoustics Eclipse EP25, Interacoustics laptop computer (for use with all Eclipse models), and EP Pro Mobile Cart with an inclusion of accessories. The projected delivery date is 30 days after receiving order/award (ARO).

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334510 – Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing with a small business size of 1,250 employees.

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

This Notice of Intent to Single Source is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated brand name products may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be submitted no later than 10:00 AM (MST) on February 20, 2025 via electronic mail to Dallas Begay, Purchasing Agent at Dallas.Begay@ihs.gov.

A determination by the Government on whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
