A mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 9, 2026, at 10:00am Central time, at GRDA – Energy Control Center/Kerr Dam 4221 E.545 Road, Locust Grove, OK 74352. (Located 1-1/4 mile north of Locust Grove, Oklahoma on Hwy 82- & 1.25-mile West, Locust Grove, OK 74352. GPS coordinates to Gate: 36.22823814987618-95.18002298657035) Push button at call box and report you have arrived. Please contact Waylon.Cook@grda.com to confirm attendance prior to the site visit. Failure of a prospective Bidder to attend will disqualify them from being able to submit a bid. All statements made by GRDA at the job site examination meeting are informational only, and the terms of the final Contract (if any) between GRDA and the prevailing Bidder will control.
